Main components

1. Brine Tank: The stainless steel part between the brine water and the brine tank highly resists rust and it works well in a cold condition. Concrete brine tank is also suggestible for some projects.

2. Ice Bucket: Stainless steel 304 and galvanized steel are available. The later is chosen for cost-saving.

3. Evaporator: Paktong tube evaporator with high heat exchange effect, anti-rust and anti-corrosion to ensure long service life.

4. Agitator: Adjust the brine concentration to improve the heat exchange effect.

5. Can dumper: Humanized design guarantees the ice-thawing efficiency.

6. Thawing Tank: Heated by hot gas discharged from the compressor so that it is more energy-saving and suitable for low water temperature area.

Principle of ice making

1. Put the ice buckets filled with water in the brine tank.

2. Through heat exchange, the water in the ice bucket is frozen into ice.

3. The crane will hoist a row of buckets down into the ice thawing tank full of running warm water.

4. Ice surface thaws and gets separated from the ice bucket.
