First cooling stage: evaporative condenser is used to lower the temperature of natural water.The first cooling stage can reduce tropical high temperature water of 45℃ above into 36℃; only little consumption of power but with significant cooling effect.
Second cooling stage: plate or shell evaporator is used to lower the water temperature from 36℃ to 15℃ and keep evaporative temperature at 10℃which equips compressor with good energy- efficiency ratio.
Third cooling stage: plate or shell evaporator is used to lower the water temperature from 10℃ to 4℃; constant evaporative pressure adjustive valve sets evaporative temperature at +0.5℃ making a higher temperature difference of heat transmission that ensures a good heat transfer effect and the evaporator will not be frozen to crack.
Four-stage cooling: using Focusun’s unique immersion type, open plate evaporator, with gas anti-freeze technology, completely eliminate the possibility of freezing and cracking evaporator using evaporative pressure control valve to control the evaporation temperature of -5 ℃, can reduce the water from 4 ℃ to 0.5 ℃ below.
