Every brine block ice machine can be designed and built as specific requirements. The part inside brine tank that touches brine water is made of SUS304 which bears low temperature and corrosion resistance. Thawing tank is heated by air discharged from compressor to save more energy and suits low water temperature area.

Principle of ice making
1. Put the ice buckets filled with water in the brine tank.
2. Through heat exchange, the water in the ice bucket is frozen into ice.
3. The crane will hoist a row of buckets down into the ice thawing tank full of running warm water.
4. Ice surface thaws and gets separated from the ice bucket.
