Principle of ice making

1. Put the ice buckets filled with water in the brine tank.

2. Through heat exchange, the water in the ice bucket is frozen into ice.

3. The crane will hoist a row of buckets down into the ice thawing tank full of running warm water.

4. Ice surface thaws and gets separated from the ice bucket.
